  • Does counselling work?
    My clients often say that our work together has helped them to make sense of things, better understand themselves and others and to find inner strengths they didn't realise were there. They become equipped with the tools to deal with everyday life.
  • What happens in our sessions?
    Typically the first session is focussed on us getting to know each other and clarifying your goals for therapy. Following this, we will explore thoughts, emotions and behaviours and how they support or get in the way.
  • How long does each therapy session take?
    Approximately 50-70 mins minutes for a counselling session
  • How many sessions do I need?
    That really depends on what you want to work on. Somewhere around 5 sessions though it may be less or more and we will talk about this.
  • What if I need to cancel or change my appointment
    That's fine, stuff happens and changing an appointment time or day can usually be accommodated. For cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, the service charge will apply.
  • Is Online Counselling Availible?
    Yes, we can counsel people online through Zoom meetings. Just book a session and we will send you the links via email to click on. Here are some links to get familiar with Zoom meetings too.
